Electronic Plan of Action (EPOA)

It is widely agreed that 80% of projects are delivered late and exceed their budgets. That is why it is so important that managers know how to plan, implement, terminate, evaluate projects and COMMUNICATE as well as staff and appraise the team. The project manager needs to manage the team members and their activities to complete the project on time.

Time=MoneyThe prime focus of EPOA is to improve the communication between the different members of the project.
Project communication management is ‘…the process required to ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage and ultimately disposition of project information. It provides the critical links amoung people, ideas and information that are necessary for success.’

The purpose of the EPOA system is to ensure that all project communication is timely, appropriate and cost-effective. It also creates an awareness of the tasks, events and information regarding the project.


BIG BROTHER scenario is thereby created that will force the project team members to take responsibility for their actions which in turn will improve communication and increases productivity.
